*HOUSE OF CARDS (Netflix)
Composer Jeff Beal won his 2nd Emmy for writing the score to HOUSE OF CARDS (Netflix) – Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score), on Sept 10, 2017. It was his 5th Primetime Emmy overall.
*FIVE CAME BACK (Netflix)
Composer Jeremy Turner was nominated for his first Emmy for FIVE CAME BACK (Netflix) – Outstanding Music Composition for a Limited Series, Movie or Special (Original Dramatic Score)

Actress Meryl Streep won her 3rd Emmy for narrating FIVE CAME BACK (Netflix) on September 9, 2017.

FIVE CAME BACK was nominated for a Golden Trailer Award for Best Documentary (Tv Spot / Trailer / Teaser For A Series)
*BREAKING THROUGH (composition)
Composer-pianist Paul Henning was nominated for his first Hollywood Music in Media Award in the Contemporary Classical/Instrumental category.
*SKID ROW MARATHON (documentary)
Skid Row Marathon, with a score by Kim Planert, and conducted by Tim Williams, won two awards while premiering at the 2017 Los Angeles Film Festival: The LA Muse Documentary Award as well as the The Audience Award for Documentary Feature Film.
Composer Kim Planert was nominated (along with Nikola Bedingfield) for his first Hollywood Music in Media Award for writing the song “Running on Believing” – featured in the documentary “Skid Row Marathon” in the Message Song/Social Impact category.

*BLACK SPIDERMAN (song)
In August 2017, Logic and Damian Lemar Hudson won the MTV Video Music Award for “Best Fight Against the System” for the song “Black SpiderMan”, with strings arranged by composer Jeremy Rubolino. The song was also featured on the Jimmy Kimmel Show on ABC, with Mr. Rubolino conducting:
In September 2017, the song “1-800-273-8255” by Logic featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid, was certified 2x platinum by the RIAA. The song, with strings arranged by composer Jeremy Rubolino, was also featured on the Ellen DeGeneres show as well as the MTV Video Music Awards and on a CBS news segment (both videos below)

*STRIPPED (short film)
“Stripped”, directed by India Dupré and scored by composer Kurt Oldman, won the Audience Choice Award for Best Short Film (Drama) at the 2017 Playhouse West Film Festival in Los Angeles. The short was partially financed with the generous support of the Kevin Spacey Foundation.
